The first leg of the moderated research will be evaluated on the following metrics:

2. Friction/Lags while using particular features.
3. Any other recurring pain point identified.

Usability Test

The usability tests will be evaluated on the following metrics:

1. Usability Log Sheet: Will be self reported by the participant.
2. Task Completion Time
3. Task Success Rate
4. Hiccups in task completion with follow up questions.
